Dog97: I was glad to overpay for it. But I noticed that The slab which is #011 is the one before yours at #012. If yours is the the one with the NGC hologrammed label logo then mine would be also? Interesting that mine was the Peace dollar and then yours was the Morgan. How many of those sample slabs were in fact silver dollars?

Also if the range of these samples discussed have only been #002 to #022 where are the rest? How many made? 100 or 999?

I did figure that the coin was worth $20 to $25 at best and added $20 or so for the slab.

The one you just outbid me on (which I bid way too much) is from the same batch as Outhauls & Conder101's Peace slabs and my toned Morgan & Steel Cent slabs.
So far we know there were at least 22 coins in that batch and I can account for 4 of them being silver dollars.
Generally speaking silver dollars are not as common as silver dimes, especially in PCGS slabs but NGC seems to have the biggest variety of denominations in Sample Slabs.

Hey I had 13 bids in on it. It was mine!
I guess if I ever want to score an NGC Peace Sample I'm gonna have to get off my wallet.
