Question On A Shaq Card Not in any Beckett that I know of (pic)

I have had this shaq card for awhile it is a Classic signature series from 1994 Classics Games. The auto looks to be printed on the card, but I took it to a card shop and the guy said he would put it for sale starting at $100. Can someone help me find the true BV of this card.
