It's even more interesting - by following the links shown on the reverse, this is what I think is going on -

That one is listed currently as NGC 8. It was produced in August of 2000 only. The tiny serial number was not liked so in Sept of 2000 NGC reverted back to NGC 7. NGC 7 then stayed in production until July of 2001 whe they switched to the current slab, NGC 9 with the tickened bottom border on the front label with the company name on it.
