CAR-UMBA! What A Day At A "Club" Show

Yesterday, I stopped by a local coin shop and the owner asked me if I was going to a local club show at a nearby church. He said there would be six or ten dealers there, mostly local coin club members. I stopped by at 11:00.

and was there until 3:30!

Among the prizes captured:
1886 Liberty Nickel - very strong VF1921-D Mercury Dime - while only an F-12, it does allow me to close the book on that collection for a while, as it filled in the last gap.1904 Morgan - Very nice AU upgrade1879-cc1883-S1884-S1886-S1901-S1895-S1901-Sand lastly - a stunning 1892-CC, MS-63 DMPL
in addition to these - I picked up a number of AU Indians I had been wanting to upgrade and the 1919-D Buffalo Nickel that had eluding me for a while.

and a 47-P MS-64 NGC Walker which now leaves me one short (1942-S) to completing my certified walker short set.

It wasn't a cheap day, but it sure was a rewarding one!
