I would be very wary of this toning pattern without seeing it in person. In 1994, many AT coins were slabbed by the major companies before they caught on. In my opinion, the obverse looks ok and the reverse AT (yes, they can AT one side). But it needs a close up look.
Sometimes a nicely toned coin looks splotchy in photos. But this one looks doubtful. Add that to the caveats in the description about the luster (only traces remain, huh?) and the contact marks... and I'd pass.
It seems that everytime someone shows some coin on the Teletrade site,I barf. Its always a hugely overgraded piece thats trying to get `dumped` to a unknowledgable deep-pocketed collector/speculator. Who knows.Thats just what it seems like to me.

sounds like I have "beer goggles" on.
Anyway, looks like someone took a dump on it to me. Sorry, not a fan of toned coins. JMHO

<--------- And oh yeah, I like toning.
The toning on this coin is too splotchy to enhance eye appeal. The coin probably got a 67 from technical merit alone.
