  • Looks like it's in a 2X2 to me. If you're going to lie about it being slabbed might as well make a better claim than ACG.

Yeah, doesn't look like a slab. And it doesn't look PF-70. And I generally hate auctions with ALL CAPS and some mispillinngs.

    Jon,

It's even worse than that. When this seller first listed the coin, he made no mention at all in the description about the coin being slabbed. I eMailed him and asked if the coin was graded and by what company. He responded that it was ACG, than edited the description to add that.

This coin is a 67, which means it's worth about $15.

Accugrade must give great service since this coin is graded but has been in a safe deposit box since 1964. If it was never removed I assume ACG also graded the safe deposit box. image

(actually I believe it was a sign inside the big top, when people followed it, found themselves outside and had to pay again to get back in) Ole' P.T. would've had a swell time on eBay don't you think?

  • Thanks Russ. I'm hopin' the same! They are nice coins, and the quarter & half have a light cam effect. Just not enough for PCGS! image

I think that even ol' P.T. would have a hard time sellin' SBAs. No one's even willin' to pay postage for my three! image LOL
If they close w/no bids, I'm shippin' them to any multiple lot winner! image

    Good Luck,
