Any suggestions to help me get an eBay seller's phone number. He accepted my PayPal payment , refuses to answer my emails and still hasn't sent the coin. If all else fails, I'll contact VISA to report it and refuse to pay that charge, I'll post neg.feedback and Ill give him some free publicity on these boards.

Report him to Paypal ASAP and they will freeze his account. I am assuming a long time, say 2 weeks, has pass from the time payment was made.
