Washington Quarter Variety Question

I am looking for the associated FS number for a 1939 S quarter designated by Wexler/Flynn and Wiles as WDDO-001, 1-O-V. I don't have a Cherrypickers guide for the FS number. BTW, can anyone tell me what volume of the Cherrypickers Guide Washingtons are in?

Thanks,

This won't appear in the CPG until Vol 2 of the latest edition comes out (who knows when?) and even then may not be listed because it's not a major doubled die. It has not appeared in any earlier edition of the CPG.
