Will PCGS cross any holder?

I was thinking about this... Pushkin now has his very own grading service... if he put a coin in his slab, would PCGS consider it as a crossover, or are there set services that can be considered?

  • Even PCGS will look at the coin and not the holder. If Pushkins holdered coins are solid then they will cross.

PGS (Pushkin Grading Services) is very tough on crossovers - NO PCGS fingerprints, NO NGC questionable monster toned coins, no ANACS "coin and bread crumb" combos; PGS has yet to crossover a single ACG slabed coin!image "We're tough, but we're fair!" image

Does your cat help you grade? My last cat always enjoyed playing with the coins, puncturing the mint sets with claws, chewing paper inserts, that sort of thing.

    Absolutely,

The cat is very helpful - he has the "cat's eye" to detect the toughest AT, although his favorites are the crossovers with pieces of food in the slab!image

Like your last cat, mine likes to chew, especially on the mint set wrappers.
