In my own little world the MS coins have little history to them. They were set aside and stored from day one. The Circs on the other hand have been through it all. That's where the real history is. Feel free to discuss this among yourselves.

I agree IHM. Even though I can appreciate the beauty of a high grade unc. I have wondered who in the past held my 1799 dollar in their hands. Also coins in A.U. can be less expensive, and actually look better than many unc. coins.

Naw, you guys have it all wrong!

The Unc's won the battle of time. They stayed pristine for years and years hidden and away from harm. They beat the odds and came out without a mark. They look goooooood for their age! They are kind of like me, they get better looking every day.
