JMWarren, you'd do well to remember that no one is perfect. On balance, I'd much rather associate with a ``scumbag'' like Braddick than a ``good'' guy like you. His level of ``scum'' is far superior to your level of ``good.''

Pat, JMWarren's language and abusive behavior is a sole reflection of him. No matter the intent of his message, he is showing everyone here just what kind of person he is. All conservative Republicans, including those who advocate killing abortion doctors, should shun him.

There are plenty of Conservatives who are not proud of him; who in fact wish he would go away. Frankly, I'm surprised that you would decide to broadly paint all of us with the same brush. Doing so makes you only slighty less offensive than he.

I am a contributing member of both forums. I can honestly say that over the years I have been quite impressed with Braddick's inate ability to start thought provoking threads. Irregardless of what clique he is or is not aligned with, Braddick is a huge asset to this forum. Should he decide to split his time with the other forum, I would welcome him completely.

I have no problem with Republicans or Democrats. The only thing I can't tolerate are intolerant people!

Russ, how can you be a Republican and collect those Kennedys like that? For a long time, I assumed you were probably a democrat! Of course, Kennedy halfs are OK, but I don't know if I could ever start collecting them!

TDN, I agree that Braddick is good for the boards. In this case, it *may* seem that his creativity got the better of his judgement. Still, that's no reason to flame him so badly. And, he did actually apologize publicly as well. Braddick already has an account across the street.

If JFK were alive today, he'd be considered more Conservative that many of the poser Republicans we currently have in office. He was a man of many flaws but, in spite of that, there is much to be admired about him. His death and the funeral and all that surrounded what happened is also one of my most vivid childhood memories.
