What percentage of the IHC's tone like the two examples you have shown? It must be pretty small because most of the toned examples I have seen aren't nearly as vibrant.

I think PCGS blew that designation. It isn't PR63RB... It's PR63ROYGBIV.

Shylock had a IHC (that's Indian Head Cent for all you numismatists...lol) that looked somewhat like that in tone. It was a higher grade however.
