As collectors refuse to buy coins not in slabs and dealers want to get rid of their impaired inventory in a way acceptible to the market, more companies will have to slab cleaned, AT'd, whizzed, tooled, etc. coins.

    Did Heritage assign the MS60 grade? It will be interesting to see what it brings - AU50 money / AU55 / AU58 / MS60 / MS62

Its funny how PCGS-> bodybag now NGC -> bodybag or NCS ANACS -> UNC details Net AU55

Another thread mentions how NCS can restore/clean up coins as well as (not publically disclosed) beautify coins with AT - I wonder if there is any truth to that?

When you are looking at the list of coins it shows ngc ms60 when you follow the link no mention of a grade.
There is a pretty rare one a 1903-o in a ncs holder thats bid to g-4 retail money so far.
