When I first looked at the scan, I thought 64, maybe 65. Then I read Dorkkarls statement, and went back for a second peak.....he might be correct. The coin looks funky on the highpoints. Could just be the scan though. Good luck with the submission.
While it is virtually impossible to grade accurately from images (for me, at least), I would be surprised if this coin is called something other than cleaned or whizzed. It simply doesn't look right - sorry and I hope I'm wrong.
Assuming the reverse is equally as nice and makes it into PCGS plastic....MS64,MS65....63 seems too low,66 too high from what little we actually see of the coin.
