What do you think of this card? It does not deserve a 2. Maybe it is discounted so low because of the staining on top and a little spec of paper loss by his cap. What do you think?

    That tape stain really detracts from the eye appeal of the card. Still, that card with no creases and corners that aren't too thrashed for $3500 isn't bad.

    Thats a really nice looking Mantle for a 2. I'm sure the tape stain and paper loss knocked it down a lot, but it also appears to have a pin hole near the bottom.

    Well, I did some research and here is the original auction where this guy bought the card from. It looks like he is going to make a decent profit.

    2 is fine in my humble opinion. It has many attributes of a nicer card, and those defects it does have, while unattractive, don't affect the important parts of the design.

    I don't think there is a pinhole, or SGC would have blasted it.
