Almost looks like the new CW holder with a homemade insert.

Wish I had picked up a sample at LB now to compare with.

This is at the bottom ob the ebay auction:

Important Note... This is not a coin from an Authorized "3rd Party" Grading Service...It is a Professionally Capsuelized Coin from Investment Numismatics Certification, a product of e-Shops-Fables. However, I believe one should keep in mind the old addage, "Buy the Coin, Not the Capsuel"... On the PLUS SIDE, these handy little stacking slabs will fit nicely into your standard 2 X 2 coin box for space-saving storage, and you can rest easy knowing that they will be spared the unfortunate misshandeling misshap ! And for those of you who are concerned about Future Investment potential and preservation, all INC. Coins are gaurenteed to be Contamination-Free, and Sealed in as Clean & as Dust-Free environment as Possible !

I got one of those CW slab samples in the mail this week. It does look very close to the one in the picture except that the insert in mine is black and this one looks clear or white. Also, the CW slabs have the CW logo in the lower left corner. That could have bled out in his picture or it may not be there at all.

Is it the Amos Advantage slab, kind of looks like ACG.

I have one of the CW slabs, and the one in the auction does look very similar. Hard to tell from the auction scan if that slab has the CW logos.

  • This is the fourth time this slab has been discussed on here in the past two weeks. this is being produced by this dealer and he is not claiming it to be a third party grading service, it is just his way a making sure there is no switching of coins in his mail order sales. It does NOT use a Coin World/ Amos Advantage slab shell. Actually the shells are post April 2001 ACG shells with the raised ACG logo in the bottom right corner which has been ground off of the slab. Actually these are very nicely done and are quite attractive. the front label is in nice pastel colors with some kind of line engraving underprinting which I have not been able to make out. The back label has the company name with a black, white, and silver Ying-Yang logo to it's left. Over all this is a better slab than some of the other true slabbing services out there have.
