i got the shane battier film off ebay.i got a envolope with a team bag in it.it was open with no card in it.i think this kid try to make it look like somone took it.what can i do?i email him 5 times does not talk back

i told him to insure and he said he was sending in a bubble mailer.but i got a envolope

well you can file a complaint against teh seller and have a chance of getting re-embursed for the auction minus 25 dollars for the service. Since the seller sent you the goods but not like he stated, you can file a formal complaint on eBay's website (I dont have the link with me now)

Theres nothing you can do. Ebay has a mandatory deductible of $25, and since yours didnt sell for over that you cant get any cash back from ebay. Should have been careful there buying from a guy with 0 feedback. Do you have proof of sending payment? If so, you can possibly leave a neg and when he leaves on back you can try to go to ebay to get it removed. But I wouldnt be too sure about that, because many times ebay just says that buyers and sellers have to work stuff out themselves.

same thing happened to me!!! only benson sent this! it was in a baggy, usps and i went to the post office they said they stick things in bags when mail gets wet!
or ruined in the envelope, all i had where tmac commons the 2 gu where not there
i figure now, i have nothing really to go off of...
But im not giving in so quick
