Beckett is always wrong, they are just a reference.
1999 Bowman chrome Refractor Gold Aaron Brooks books at $100 and recently sold for $202US (my #1/25 sold for $500+ but that's because it's the first one) Still, a regular numbered one sold for double book. Now there's a card that should go up. Alittle over book doesn't really call for going up but when cards start selling for double/triple book then the guide needs to be adjusted.
What can you do auto? Maybe a couple people needed it for a set and were too stupid to wait for another one to come around. I sold a Troy Murphy Exclusives rookie patch bv $20 at the time ($15 now) for $50 and the guy told me he paid that much because he had to have it to finish the set. It was 5 different colors too but still.

I can forward the info to the Senior Price Guide Editor. Yeah, people do get into bid wars to complete a set, that's why I said at least 3 different ones. The more the merrier.
Bilia...this card has been selling solidly in the 50 dollar range for over a week now. There are 6 up right now and they are all over 35. Is this guy tearing it up now?? I know these #ed to 700 RC's were hard to pull so Im sure that has something to do with the price. Keep in mind that 50 dollars buys you perhaps 10-12 packs of sp authentic basketball. Ive opened about 5 boxes and have pulled only two of those rookie autos, if you think about it that way, you can see why people are paying above book for it. Hopefully Beckett will be on top of it and make the changes..if not, I think it is time to hit the hobby shops and pick some up for 40-60% "book" LOL

If you can show me at least 3 auctions with it selling for over $50, I can see what I can do.
