How do you price a pop 10 PR70DCAM modern commemorative?

I was lucky enough to stumble on to one that I made.
I had a 100% complete modern commemorative set, but sold it a couple of months ago. If I still had the set, it would be something I would have kept.
But now I look at it saying wow - look at all the coins I could buy if I sold this.
Since yesterday was free Fixed price listing on eBay, I threw it up for an outrageous price of $7,900 to see if anybody would bite.
So my question is how do I determine the fair market price? It's a 2002-W West Point PR70DCAM pop 10.
Any dealers have any advice?

I would also factor in (as a deflator) the fact that this is a "young" coin, and that Pop 10 is more likely to increase than other issues that have been out there for a couple of years.
With that said, I wish you best of luck getting top dollar on your terrific find!

The PR69dcam is $40.
Yea, I remember that '88 $5 Olympic auction like it happened yesterday!
