Here's what you do.
1) Go to US Mint Web site
2) Click on the coins you want.
3) Now this is the important part. BEFORE you click on Add to Cart enter a quanity of 2. That way you get the keep the best one and sell the other.
4) When the coins arrive, take them out of the box and submit them in the plastic capsule to PCGS.
5) Wait for your email notification that your grades are ready and click on the link
6) Watch your PR70DC magically appear.
What's so hard about that?
It's a pop 10 with 949 graded.
Now if only I could make me a set of 69 silver 25c. Damn Ohio
