EBAY Questions,please help

I was up late one night and register and forgot my pass word. The ebay pass word is not helping. I try toget more info and I am led into a maze of help info that requires a pass word. Why cant their be a simple phone number?>I also have left emails for ebay staff members with no luck. How do I erase the old stuff and start over?
They will let you start over when you provide your pass word.

There is Live Help on Ebay.

Look below the Search box toward the top of the Home Page, and click on the Live Help link.

It does work! I've used it twice, as recently as 2 days ago. It will tell you how long of a wait to expect too, if help request volume is high.
