I finally got my 02-03 Premium BKB Hobby box in today with one problem. I am a pack short. Supposed to be 24 packs in a box, only got 23...whatsupwiththat?

Could this eBay seller possibly have searched these packs and forgot to put all 24 back in? That is my concern...
