A little help needed for adding pics to registry

I know this is an old question and I'm embarassed to ask but.......
I was making a first time stab at adding some pics to my registry sets and can't quite figure this out. I first edit the card and hit browse. The pics are in "my pictures" file and when I add the pic and click continue I get the error message about names of pics with symbols. So I edited the name to the players name but it still seems the pic doesn't upload. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Make sure you have no spaces in your file name... Ie it needs to be called 72mays not 72 mays (this was my big problem)
You can not have any of those symbols they show in your file name as well.... Jeff
