    How about a PCI VF30 early Commemorative UPGRADING 15 points to a PCGS XF45 holder! Now THAT'S frustrating! I'd rather take the 15 point DOWNGRADE.
    I had to save that PCI insert on that one- displaying it proudly on the back of that PCGS holder.

    This ANACS looks pretty good and there is enough of an outline where it could bump up, especially if the planchet is super clean with NO issues and has that hard, smooth brown appearance. PCGS likes that and will award an early copper for it.

    LOL, so maybe I should cross it over to PCGS to get a better grade LOL...thats pretty funny but given your description of the planchet you are right on.
