I got a nice Frank Thomas Jersey card which came in a nice bubble envelope. And got a
Rickey Henderson Bat card, which I spent $2.50 for shipping, and it came in a regular
envelope. I spend the extra to have it protected, and he just tosses it in a regular
envelope and keeps the extra money. I left positive feedback on eBay, but also stated
about the shipping.

Tell the the person that is mail fraud.I had that happen to one time I git over the parson about it and he refunded me the money..


I might have gotten lucky but give it a try it what do you have to lose??
