It's always extremely difficult to judge these by a scan, but assuming this is an accurate representation of the coin, it would be a CAM in the current grading environment at PCGS. The reverse devices and lettering are a little weak for the DCAM designation.
Yeah, i thought the reverse was a bit weaker than the obv. The obv is so nicely frosted, though. Just not common for me to see cameos from the early JFKs not broken out already.
You're right DanC - it's a nice coin......... and will always be a "nice" coin as long as it stays in the proof set. As soon as it makes its way into a PCGS slab it'll lose 75% of its value!
As to how I really feel........ well I had to refrain a bit! But take a look at my Kennedy registry set right now

Obverse is beautiful... IMHO - if the reverse matched, you'd have a CAM -- but not a snowball's chance at DCAM.
Still... it's a very nice coin.
