Remster - its been at least that long for me as well... the package he sent mysteriously got 'lost' 3 or 4 times now... the original package plus the replacements... I tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, but patience has worn thin. So whats your secret? How did you get what was owed to you?

I tried to trade with him once and he gave me the same name "Meghan O'Rourke"....when confronted he told me that it was his girlfriend's name. So don't be surprised if Michael O'Rourke is his girlfriend's father.....

I'm sure everyone would agree with me....

we have no problem taking our time to help another collector get what he is owed and to identify a bad trader for future reference

I harassed the crap out of him until he finally got sick of having to deal with me...I also kept posting behind everything he did and brought back all the posts concerning mine and others bad trades...he eventually made good on most if not all trades he was having issues with at that time

I didn't get the cards we originally agreed to but it was an equitable card so I was satisfied...I still keep him in my sig line as a bad trader though

it worked for me in a trade with Winsarc...the state of NC got involved and was threatening charges against him...they have a consumer fraud dept which handles these type of complaints...i'm sure Massachusetts would have a similar agency

heavyd, a.k.a. "meagan o'rourke" made a trade with me for a raef lafrentz press pass auto a while back. After a few weeks, I received a bunch of autographs of no name players and a note saying "sorry, I couldn't find the lafrentz auto." B.S. trader in my book too... wouldn't go near either "richie" or "meagan" ever again...
