This is weird!!! Raw 97 Morgan vs. ACG Morgan

I've always thought that ACG was considered about the same as a raw coin when it came to pricing, maybe a little less because it probably has damage.
I'm always looking at & watching 97 Morgans. Here's 2 that I was watching that look nearly identical. I just can't see why someone would pay $95 for a probable problem coin when you can get the same thing raw for $20 that's probably OK. So, the ACG model has a tad more blue in the periph. They are both non-lovely coins but at least I didn't pay much for mine. Did I miss a cherry on the $95 coin? What's the deal here?

Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
