Another shipping rip off

I bought a couple ahman green cards for $1.59 and the seller charges me $2.50 for shipping (now I didnt technically win it on ebay, by the time I put my bid in the auction ended, but since there was no bids he still sold it to me). Well when you pay $2.50 for shipping you expect a bubble envelope. Well no, it came in a regular envelope. I mean they still came to me in mint condition (and I cant complain about paying $4.09 delivered for 2 Ahman Green RCs BV $20 each total bv $40) however I still think its pretty shabby to charge $2.50 S&H and not send in a bubble envelope
