yeah, that's crazy...I saw one where the guy had 10.00 for shipping on one card...I e-mailed him and he had made a mistake and it should have been a buck
Yeah - I hate that stuff, too. As a frequent e-bay seller, I know exactly how much it costs to ship something and $6 isn't even close unless you send it some ridiculous way. It costs around 50 cents for a bubble mailer, 60-90 cents for first class USPS mail, and $1.30 for $50 insurance. So depending on the size, I usually charge between $2.50 and $3.00 for insured shipping. Even Priority Mail is not going to be more than maybe $3.....
Well he did'nt sell it. Even at that shipping charge, I guess $8 for a Tomlinson GU isn't to bad. You are right though that's way to much for shipping.
Looking for 87 Fleer Glossy Bonds and 86 Topps Traded Tiffany Bonds Ref's available
Undertaker makes a good point, when ebay sellers have to ship internationally, then they really try to screw you. I bought a CD for $4 from Sweden and paid $14 shipping (uninsured!)
I waited until they left me positive feedback and left a scathing negative.
