    yeah,that's crazy...I saw one where the guy had 10.00 for shipping on one card...I e-mailed him and he had made a mistake and it should have been a buck

    He's just trying to make some extra cash, a lot of ebay sellers do that and it pisses me off!

    Start the auction with a nice low $2 opening bid and pray noone reads the item description...That has to be that dudes eBay selling strategy.

    Yeah - I hate that stuff, too. As a frequent e-bay seller, I know exactly how much it costs to ship something and $6 isn't even close unless you send it some ridiculous way. It costs around 50 cents for a bubble mailer, 60-90 cents for first class USPS mail, and $1.30 for $50 insurance. So depending on the size, I usually charge between $2.50 and $3.00 for insured shipping. Even Priority Mail is not going to be more than maybe $3.....

    Well he did'nt sell it. Even at that shipping charge, I guess $8 for a Tomlinson GU isn't to bad. You are right though that's way to much for shipping.

    Undertaker makes a good point, when ebay sellers have to ship internationally, then they really try to screw you. I bought a CD for $4 from Sweden and paid $14 shipping (uninsured!)

    I waited until they left me positive feedback and left a scathing negative.

    I would only pay 6 dollars for shipping only if the card came in a case that was a heavy plastc (or metal!)
