That's an interesting question. He set a reserve in this auction, but not some of his others. I just sniped off five 1964 sets from him for $38.50. He had no reserve in that one.

Yeah, I can't tell you how many e-mails I get from "non-collectors" who've come across a 194x and 195x Wheat Cent in an old cigar box their uncle had (or whatever) and think they've hit the motherlode. If this guy is selling other coins, he may very well have an idea of their value.
