2002 Fleer Football Availability??

The New Beckett Prices the 2002 Fleer Football very high, and I can get these packs for about $1.50 each at Target , why are they so high. Am I just in a good area and stumbling onto them?
I do like the set, very nice, and nice inserts. Not to mention I pulled the Highest value'd card in the set!
Maybe that is making me biased on this set, but I think its good.
No damaged cards, centered nicely, strong cardboard..Nice set, but seems overpriced in beckett..
Any Input?
