It was mentioned on the forum here a little over a week ago, I've already got it listed and an example on the way to me. He is honest about it and does state that it is NOT a slab from a third party grading service. It's simply a privately produced slab used to protect the coin in shipping and to prevent switching. Webcoinage.com produces slabs for the same reason.
