Look at this auction's claims:
I am confident that this particular specimen ranks among the top ten!
or
We expend a great deal of time and effort striving to present to our website and Ebay customers wholly ACCURATE visual depictions and written descriptions
I guess he is hoping no one will notice that giant dig under Morgan's eye? Or the ding on the throat?
How on earth can this be a top 10 coin? Are they all so baggy?

if a coin is in the top 10% it is a bonafide upgrade candidate and at some point will most likely upgrade. And that 10% line keeps moving due to gradeflation. After a period of time, the remaining top 10% of the coins in that grade look so much better than the average ones, they'll probably make the next grade eventually too. The cylce keeps on moving.
