Have not heard from him since 10/10, the address eBay gave me for the seller is different than the address i sent a money order ($140.00 worth) to. I tried his number and its disconnected. Hopefully, i can at least get 108.33 dollars for reembursement ($133.33 auction end price - $25 dollars for service). i am not a happy camper right now

If you call your State Attorney General's Office, they may also have an internet Fraud task force to help you and go after the culprit....

I do have an internet fraud investigator who is in my town (clarkstown) so i may come in contact with him. But for now, im just dealing with the internet fraud system on ebay

What form of payment did you send??? ( money order, check, cash etc.....)

you might be able to get your money back if you used a POSTAL Money Order.

i did use a postal money order. I put a track on teh money order on friday but i lost the track number, so maybe monday ill go back, put another track on it and then maybe stop payment if someone didnt cash it yet.
