Question about submitting a Silver UK Coin?

I tried to post this on the Q&A Forum, but it would not let me.

Do I have to sign up for a gold membership if I want to submit a 1998 2 Pound Britannia?

looking at this Page, I do?

Can anyone shed some insight on this

Thanks
Ivan

Yes, unless you submitted it through a dealer or someone who was already a gold/platinum member. I'm sure board members here would let your coin hitch a ride on one of their submissions at cost.

  • Well if I were to sign up for the gold member ship, the free silver eagle would be nice, would I be able to include the UK Coin as one of my free submissions?

You can send your UK coin as one of the free submissions, but all your free submissions must be of the same service type (world, i.e. non-us coins) therefor you cannot send it with, say, a silver eagle.
  • Thanks both for your help
