I don't know what caused the 1973 toning. I've got one that's basically a solid green similar to the color on yours, and coincidentally(?) it's a 1973 too. Where did you find yours?

The 1974 looks like album toning, a nice example of it. If it's for sale I'd be interested.

Neither are the highly coveted so-called Peacock hoard coins. Those are found in unc and proof, clad and silver. Clad uncs have a signature green-gold appearance with dark orange/red rims. Here's a nice 1972-D example.
