I don't collect dimes, but I got this one out of a '64 mint set. Kinda caught my eye. The reverse looks like it may have been wiped before the toning started.

Any opinions? Grade? Opinions on toning? Strike for this year?

The marks on the face are a killer IMO and relegate it to the sub 65 range. I would say its a MS64. This is not to say its not a nice coin, it is a nice original coin.
