Probably a question for Shylock or pushkin. The above title is the name of a Capital Plastics holder. Can anyone recommend/not? What year IHCs are needed to complete?

I believe Capital Plastics markets an IHC holder with a picture of George Armstrong Custer. The holder just takes any 10 IHCs. I don't know that there is anything special about it, or that it refers to ten specific dates.
