Did everyone see the PNG Survey Results? Accugrade Thinks its Bogus

As most of us would have expected, PCGS & NGC came out on top, with ACG in the cellar. ACG still feels they have no one complaining about their service!

    In ACG's viewpoint, no one is complaining about their service. When they mean service, it refers to processing the orders promptly and performing an adequate job in sealing the coin. Nothing more that that. image

    Since their holders cannot be irradiated by the post office, they are number one in my book, after all,
    how many of us have had our slabs hit by post office phasers?. (just kidding)

    Forgot one more thing, and also charging the lowest encapsulating fees. When order submitters see the large amount of money saved, that alone means "great service" to many.
