Grabbed three PCGS PR69DCAM commemorative halves from the same seller recently. Two were nice tasty pieces that deserved the grade. The third had dip residue and haze in the fields - a VERY common problem in this series. Contacted the seller about a return of the third. He was back to me within the day and didn't hesitate to take the return. Sent it back, in less than a week a beautiful replacement arrived.
We spend an awful lot of time griping about sellers. I think we should support the ones that genuinely stand behind their product, not just give lip service to taking care of their customers.

David is a great seller. My problem with him is he's in California and I have to pay sales tax.

There are lots of good folks out there. You just have to find them, keep doing business with them, and recommend them.
