icg-toned coins: risk of AT? what premium?

Hi guys.

I'm looking at a common-date ICG 65 Morgan that has toning on both sides. The pastel colors cover 100% of both obverse and reverse.
I've never considered the purchase of an ICG-graded coin and wonder if they have a history of slabbing AT'd coins. Since I'm not an expert,
I'd like to get some feedback before I make an offer on the coin. I've asked the seller permission to post a pic and will not do so until he responds
to my request.

Thanks,
Barney

Two sided toning is a lot of times from a envolope. It usually robs the coin of a little luster. I have some wonderful toned coins in ICG holders that will stat in my collection for as long as I own it.

I've seen a lot of them that I didn't like. I guess it depends on where YOU draw the line between original and AT but I'm sure the ones I had questions about didn't tone that way from a mint bag or an album which. Maybe from a coin envelope left in a window sill. They were real pretty funky bluish green with red & pink colors.
There are plenty of original toned Morgans in ICG slabs too.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
