Thanks for all the replies, Sorry I didn't have better photo's, (cheap camera) There is absolutley no rub on coin at all. There is A very small mark on the obverse, and one on the reverse.
Its graded MS-64 by PCGS(It was originally in a NGC-64 before I crossed it over)

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say 65.
It looks better then my 1883 Eliasberg MS64.
