Please help grade this circulated 09-svdb

I need to know IF PCGS will grade this coin and what it will grade at. I know that the best of the best graders are right here on this board and i dont want to waste my time or money if this coin would come back in a bodybag. thanks in advance. Also, will someone please link these 2 scans for me?

As Merz2 stated, fine, it's obverse die #1. It looks like there could be some green stuff growing on the back. I can't tell from a scan (or at least from these scans) if it's been cleaned or not.
