for trading on the floor, you gotta leave em at etopps, but for your collection, youre never gonna try to sell it, so have em send it you...most people do NOT have it sent to them.

Have them sent it to you. eTopps cards are on a heavy decline, and since you collect Webber, wouldn't be better for you to have the actual card in your hand?
