Coin came back as sent with a little paper attached saying that in their opinon removing the existing toning would devalue the coin.
They charged me a $6.00 eval fee and $6.00 shipping.
I looked at the postge fee on the envelope and it said $10.97.

I got one with one of my submissions a while back. Frankly, the fact that they do that lends credibility to their service. If they simply conserved every coin I sent them, I'd begin to wonder.

Yeah thats why I posted image
I sent other coins with the one that came back so I guess those went on to NGC but now I still want to get the one sent back slabbed, not sure why they just didn't send it thru to ngc.
Guess I will send it to pcgs with the coins I have going there soon.
