I didn't think it was allowed to pass these on. I mean, there's nothing stopping someone from just charging that amount, but to break it out like that?

  • Report them to E-Bay. Its a myarad of links to get to their reporting screen, but I just did it, so it cannot be that hard. Charging back E-Bay fees and charging for electronic payment services is against e-bay rules.

  • The seller listed the shipping charges broken down to three parts. If it was not broken down like that, would there be a problem with if? If so, that wouldn't seem ok either.
