New E-mail System

I am pleased to announce that our e-mail notification system is now up and running.

Any order submitted for grading will receive three e-mails.

The first confirming that we received your order.

The second notifying you that your grades are available with a link to view them.

The third will be confirming that your order shipped.


Please make sure that if you have changed your e-mail address you contact customer service and have a rep add the updated address to our system.

You still get to check 12 times a day for the previous orders, we wouldn't want you to have to go cold turkey

BGS (Beckett - sportscard grading company) has had a similar system forever, and I thought it was great. Glad to see CU doing the same When will you guys open up a coin conservation service so I don't have to use that other company's?

I got one of these emails a few days ago informing me my submission arrived!
It's a nice touch and does take away any worries the package made it alright.

the "order shipped" email has USPS tracking info not available on web site lookup you can go to http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and punch in number. would be nice if they put grades in the email tho... could then get them on my pager
