Planning for a "Toned" future

Years back I moved all my raw coins into plastic. A lot had been in the classic paper envelopes so I moved them. Many of the them I dipped and some I sent in for grading. Well I still have a lot of the paper envelopes so yesterday while in my safe deposit box I moved a bunch of them back into the paper envelopes. Based on the prices of toned coins I figure I can make 3-10X thier value in 5-10 years. Hope I can sell my MS64 Morgans for 20-50 times bid like I 've seen them priced. Only concern is that I might not be alone. There will probably be a glut of toned coins like years ago and then we'll be dipping again. Oh well it all goes in cycles.

I've got an experiment going with some quarters and one lustrous MS-64 1964 JFK. Put them in different paper environments and placed them under the sink where who knows what chemicals it'll encounter. I'm curious to see what'll happen!
