Don't listen to anything this guy is saying. For over a month and a half he kept telling me he sent, kept telling me he sent, etc etc. Then he starts telling me he kept sending to the wrong address. I mean it was excuse after excuse (now I dont know whats right and whats wrong, im just telling you guys what happened). And then just recently he tells me he was in the hospital. I am sorry if he was, but its not like I just made this deal with him a week or two ago. So you people get the F off my back

I'm not surprised that no one has responded to my posts. I guess they only side with people that make the first accusation and don't bother to look at the facts. So once again a good traders reputation is going to be ruined cause some A-Hole is going to flat out lie and make the first accusations, which according to everyone here must mean that they are the innocent ones. I haev given him more than enough time to get me the money, and I believed in all of his excuses and didnt want to post him ehre as a bad trader, but I guess now I should have cause you all believe him for some reason.

Zimmy, from what i read... it seems to me that you arent really out anything.. because you still have the cards. Is that correct?
Fact is.. card has loads of refs and friends on here... so.. if he says stuff came up.. then..i for 1 believe him.
Personally.. i think you are making a bigger deal than it should be... because you arent out anything. That is just my opinion.

I am out $15 cause I spent that on the card. I figured that since other people have been nice to me I was going to do something to help out another trader even though I wouldnt get anything back in return. But I guess I know better now. And don't be giving me any of this BS about refs, he has been pulling my leg for the better part of 2 months now. You really believe that he had the inability to get my money out within 2 months? Give me a break. He has lied to me and told me he sent the money order than a week later says he never sent it out. I have no idea what he is pulling here, but I dotn appreciate it. And no, I am not making a bigger deal out of it than it already is. I dont have much money, and when you lose $15 that is a significant amount of money.

It was a Thomas Jones GU Ball card with the word "FOOT" stamped perfectly on the ball, a possible 1/1. I asked him if he wanted it cause I saw that he had kept making posts that he wanted Thomas Jones'. So once the deal was made I went and got the card from the shop for $15 cause I believed that he was going to send. And now its been over 8 weeks, and yes he was in the hospital for the last 2 or so, but that doesnt excuse not sending me payment for 6+ weeks

I am not taking sides.....but Jamie has been in and out of the hospital for a while now. If he say's that he had medical bills and could not pay you....I believe him. I feel bad for him that he has been having such a hard time. I have done several deals with him and so has pretty much everyone else on the board and they have all been good.

I feel bad for you also that you tried to help a fellow collector out and it didn't work out. PM me your address and I will send you a money order for the $15 and we can be done with this. If you still have the card and didn't send it already to Jamie, I will give you my address and you can send it to me. I will work something out with Jamie.

I would like to get this done with him if possible. And liek I said I believe he WAS in the hospital for the last couple weeks cause I never saw him on AOL. However like I said this deal was done 8 weeks ago, not 2-3 weeks ago, so that was like 6 weeks before he went to the hospital that he could have sent me the money. I guess I may take up your offer KLS, but if possible I would rather work this out with cardnyou first if I can. But I dont know if thats possible considering hes trying to rip on me like this w/o giving the facts

He just jacked me around for 6 weeks claiming he sent to wrong address, saying he sent, saying he actualyl didnt, etc etc. Then he got sick in the last 2-3 weeks like I mentioned. You please tell me how because he was in the hospital the last 2-3 weeks excuses him for not sending it to me the 5-6 previous weeks? but it figures, like I said I guess it only matters who makes the first acusations. Some people dont get it. Oh, and dont even start to compare me or anyone else in my position to that guy taht had just doen a deal with Josher and then claimed dang he owed me money, this is NOTHING, and I repeat NOTHING like that.

Your own words say that he has nothing of yours.You bought a card he did'nt buy the card there are people in this thread offering to buy the card but no you insist on trying to get some sort of sympathy.This guy was actually ill and is seeking les sympathy than you are over the fact that he did'nt pay you for a card you still have.Being out your $ is not a valid argument when there are people outright offering to buy the card from you.

Why dont you get it??????? I have no problem with him not sending cause he was in the hospital. That is of course more important. What I am mad about is people like you who bash me when all I am is angry about him not sending during any of the time when he was healthy and able to and especially because he keopt telling he did send and then claiming he sent to the wrong address and so on. It was 5-6 WEEKS before he got sick, and I am mad that he never sent then. I am not mad one bit about him not sending when he was in the hospital. That would be downright ludicrous
